Arkham Asylum has doubled in security.
A man suddenly takes charge after not being seen for 9 years.
The Joker hatches a plan.

The Batman doesn't trust whats going on, and has tried several times to sneak in, but he just can't find an opening to compromise. Maybe the answers inside the Asylum......
Its all one...big....PUNCHLINE!
The Joker has something bad planned. And it could be Batman's one chance to see whats going on.
